Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support professional to assist our Operations Managers with day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being a behind-the-scenes problem solver and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing daily support to Operations Managers by assisting with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
- Coordinating communication between warehouse teams, logistics, and customer service departments.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), labor metrics, and inventory levels. Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, checklists, and other operational documents.
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, identifying trends, and offering suggestions.
- Supporting safety and compliance documentation and processes.
- Monitoring workflow status and help identifying and escalating operational bottlenecks or delays. Performing administrative duties including data entry, report generation, and filing.

What Would Make You a Great Fit:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or coursework in business or logistics preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor as needed to observe and support operational processes.
