Summary:

As the Machine Operator, you'll be monitoring and operating a variety of machines that assist in the process of preparing and finishing product to customer specifications. You'll maintain the systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.

• What You'll Be Doing:

  • Setting up machinery for daily operation
  • Performing quality control checks throughout workday
  • Recording and maintaining log of daily processes and quality control measurements
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of machinery
  • Monitoring product flow through the machine; making any adjustments to equipment to uphold the Bayer Built Quality Standards.
  • Minimizing future down time by performing preventative maintenance to critical equipment
  • Monitoring productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in implementation of best practices.
  • Supporting company values and help foster a respectful, team-oriented culture.
  • Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
