Summary:
Troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of automated woodworking machinery including, but not limited to: CNC, saws, conveyors, finishing equipment, etc. This position is currently offering a $1,500 sign on bonus.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Measure, cut, and dress cables and conduit runs for machine usage
- Follow electrical prints and maintain/ update electrical BOMs for machinery
- Wiring and testing sensors, valve banks, servo drives, motors, PLCs, and PLC components
- Fabrication, wiring and electrical testing of custom-engineered electrical panels
- Run wiring to custom-engineered machinery, perform initial power-on and I/O tests
- Redline and communicate electrical issues, changes, and improvements to Electrical Engineers
- Assist maintenance team in combining mechanical and electrical components on existing and new equipment used in the manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on equipment as needed
- Fabricate electrical panels as needed to meet required specifications
- Assist in the process of design, fabrication, and implementation of various electrical, robotic, and automated manufacturing equipment
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist maintenance team in design, fabrication, testing, and evaluation of manufacturing processes and project completion to ensure quality product completion

What Would Make You a Great Fit:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar trade
- Exposure to PLCs
- Electrical, Welding or Machining experience
- Vision Guided Robotics - Custom & Standard Platforms
- Data Management - Database Integration with PLC
- UNIX configuration, shell scripting
- Python or other related programming language
