Summary:

As a member of the Exterior Lite Install team at Bayer Built Woodworks, you'll be responsible for installing glass lites into exterior door slabs and ensuring each unit is properly staged for the next step in the production process. This hands-on role supports our commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency in every finished product we deliver.

• What You'll Be Doing:

  •  Ensuring proper door handing and orientation for correct installation
  • Staging completed doors on pallets for downstream production steps
  • Inspecting glass installation for seal quality, alignment, and appearance
  • Processing and returning unused glass to inventory
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Assisting in receiving and unpacking incoming glass deliveries
  • Performing routine quality control checks during and after each install
  • Supporting basic inventory control and product tracking activities
