Summary:

As a Door Assembly Operator on the Single Door Line at Bayer Built Woodworks, you will help build high-quality Interior door units using woodworking assembly equipment. This role involves clamping, aligning, and securing door components in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency matter. You'll contribute to a legacy of trusted building solutions while working in a supportive, safety-driven, and detail-oriented environment. • What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating woodworking equipment used to clamp and assemble single and double door units.
  • Reading job tickets and verifying correct door sizes, components, and measurements
  • Aligning and securing doors and frames using hand and pneumatic tools
  • Performing regular quality checks to ensure completed units meet standards
  • Rotating to other workstations on the single door line to support team workflow
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace during and after each shift
