Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers with accurate quoting and keying of order. You'll act as a point of contact for customers, responsible for managing customer inquiries, estimating, providing technical support with our online ordering system, and building strong customer relationships with over 700 lumberyards across the upper Midwest.

• What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering calls and emails from customers
  • Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Preparing and submit accurate quotes
  • Providing product information, technical specifications to lumberyards, contractors, & homeowners
  • Assisting in training our customer base to use Q, the online ordering system
  • Performing showroom tours; helping homeowners design and choose products
  • Working on smaller commercial orders & quotes
  • Understanding the needs and requirements for millwork products and how it comes together
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s millwork products and services
  • Staying updated on industry trends
  • Participating in ongoing vendor training sessions
  • Working with the outside sales team on problem solving, quotes, training
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
