Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented Door Assembly Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on assembling premium and custom doors, particularly units with sidelights and transoms. You will ensure each door unit meets our quality standards before it is sent to customers. Additionally, the technician will be cross-trained across multiple departments, operating a range of tools and equipment to support broader production goals.

• What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assembling complex door units including sidelights and transoms using precision techniques.
  • Interpreting and working from production instructions and work orders.
  • Conducting visual inspections for quality assurance, ensuring tight tolerances and finish standards.
  • Operating various hand tools, pneumatic tools, and automated machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with team members and team leads to meet daily production targets.
  • Maintaining clean and organized workstations in line with 5S and safety guideline.

• What Would Make You a Great Fit:

  • Prior experience in door assembly or wood product manufacturing preferred.
  • Comfortable working with various tools and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documents such as work orders or schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
