Assembler

Summary:

This full time position is responsible for machining and assembling product to customer specifications and inspecting product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful candidate will be able to operate a variety of equipment including air / power tools, able to learn how to operate industry specific equipment to assemble product, and familiarity with various woodworking tools. This position is currently offering a $1,500 sign on bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prep and assemble components according to customer specification
• Operate machinery and equipment as required to complete building of product
• Complete quality control and inspection as product is built
• Assist others as needed with production and or housekeeping

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good math and reading skills
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Credentials and Experience:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Woodworking or hand tools experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Special Requirement:

• Scheduled working hours are based on seasonality of Bayer Built Woodworks, Inc.
