Who is Bayer Built? Cindy Braegelman

Ready to meet another Bayer Built team member?  While the most visible of our team are our fifteen outside sales people who ride the roads year-round, they are but a fraction of the people that make up our Bayer Built family.  It takes many individuals working on teams to get every order off the line and onto our trucks every day.

This week we’re introducing you to a memeber of our Customer Service Team;  Cindy Braegelman. As is true with many of our team members, Cindy has worked on teams out in the shops as well as in the office at her current position.  It makes for an invaluable skill set.  She is one of our many knowledgeable voices on the Customer Service line.

BBW: How long have you worked at Bayer Built?

CB:  25 years!

BBW:  What is your greatest responsibility in your daily activities at Bayer Built?

CB:  Getting the orders keyed to keep the shops busy!

BBW:  Whom do you laugh with most often at Bayer Built?

CB:  Deb, our receptionist and Kathy our Customer Service Support person.

BBW:  What is your favorite memory while working at Bayer Built?

CB:  Whem my Team Leader (Gordie) had hair.  He really didn’t have hair, just a visor with a wig.  It was really a sight to see!

BBW:  When the weekend arrives, what do you most look forward to doing in the summer and/or winter?

CB:  Spending time with my family, always.  But in the summer it’s camping and in the winter it’s bowling and watching football.

BBW:  Describe yourself in 5 words or less.

CB:  Positive, happy, fun, content.

BBW:  If you could travel anywhere in the world for free, where would it be and why?

CB:  An Alaskan Cruise.  I have a couple of cousins that live in Alaska and have heard from them how beautiful it is.

BBW:  If you won the lottery, what would be the first purchase you would make over $10,000?

CB:  I wouldn’t purchase anything.  I’d just pay off some of the kids college expenses.  One in college and one just graduated, yikes!

BBW:  If you could only watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would it be?

CB:  Groundhog Day, starring Bill Murray.

BBW:  If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it consist of?

CB:  Anything with seafood:  shrimp, lobster, crab, etc!

BBW:  What was the last live concert you attended?

CB:  Brad Paisley

BBW:  When you were about ten years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

CB:  A forest ranger.

BBW:  Do you have any advice for future Bayer Built Employees?

CB:  Try to laugh every day, even at your self.  It makes things a lot easier and after all, it is the best medicine!

BBW:  Thanks Cindy, for being on our team and for sharing a little about you with all of us!
