Imagine a big white tent, the sound of laughter, kids running around in between smiling adults, the waft of barbeque filling the air and prizes for everyone. This is the best description I can offer of our yearly employee picnic. It’s something we look forward to each year because of the opportunity it provides us to celebrate and thank our Bayer Built family.
It is the culmination of a week’s worth of similar gatherings during which we show our appreciation to you; our customers our employees and our vendors.
Working together daily, we don’t typically get to have but a few laughs during a phone call or a site visit, but during this first week in September we get to fish, golf, eat and play.
If the saying goes, “work hard, play hard,” we don’t know anyone who does it better! Thank you, for your business, your service and your loyalty. We truly could not provide the services we do without each and every one of you!
