Bayer Built Woodworks specifically excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied including but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers sole and exclusive remedy for damages is either repair or replacement of the product and seller specifically excludes any damages including, but not limited to consequential or incidental damages.
