Acclimated Entry System Components

All Acclimated Entry System units come standard with FrameSaver frames. Like the entire Acclimated Entry Systems line, FrameSaver has been designed and manufactured to withstand the elements and protect against rot and insect damage. 

The FrameSaver system features a finger jointed wood composite material which will not absorb water like real wood. FrameSaver's special components prevent rotting from moisture and insects, yet machines and finished just like wood. This superior product comes with a no limit lifetime warranty, the strongest on the market. FrameSaver comes standard on all Acclimated Entry Systems. This standard frame option is primed on the exterior for painting and unfinished on the interior for staining to blend with interior trim. Solid oak and stainable pine jambs are available too; storm door prep is standard.

Z-Series Sill

With the standard Z-Series sill you will get performance and value. Our sills are made up of all-composite substrates and synthetic caps and nosing preventing rotting, warping and deteriorating over time. A high dam and dual seal overlap cap provide a barrier against the elements and prevent damage to the sill. Z-Series Sills are standard on all Acclimated Entry System units.

 Composite nosing and riser available in Walnut or Oak finish.

Tecton Fiberglass Frame

This fiberglass frame system is the strongest, longest-lasting door frame available. Tecton is maintenance-free and has a patented Durion finish that is tough against the elements, easy to clean, and matches common window colors.

Acclimated Entry Systems offer 2 stock colors for Tecton Fiberglass Frames, but other non-stock colors are available also.

FrontLine Aluminum Clad

Maintenance-free, heavy duty aluminum clad is available in the classic and crownline brickmould styles. Garage door clad frame sets are also available to match.

Acclimated Entry Systems offer 7 aluminum clad stock colors: White, Terratone, Green, Bahama Brown, Bronze, Sandstone, and Almond.
