Pre-Finish Stain Capabilities

All products stained at Bayer Built are inspected under high intensity "inspecto" lights and prepped to remove cross sanding. Additionally, the entire raw product is sanded to remove oils, scuffs, and any other imperfections resulting from handling and the manufacturing process. Our attention to detail, careful preparation, and top grade stains and glazes assure you the highest quality finish available.

To guarantee a durable, consistent, professional finish on a variety of wood species we offer four finish processes: Standard, Ultra, Premium, and Distressed.

Custom Colors

If you do not find the color you are looking for we are glad to customize a color for you. Just submit a color sample on the wood species you desire and we will custom blend a stain to meet your needs.

 

  • Standard Process

    12 Standard Process stains are perfect for open grained hardwoods that inherently take stain evenly, such as Oak.

  • Ultra Process

    10 Ultra Process stain colors are designed specifically for softwood species - such as Poplar, Alder, and Pine - which are more difficult to finish.

  • Premium Process

    13 Premium Process stain colors are specially developed for the ultimate furniture grade finish.

  • Distressed Stain

    6 Glaze Process Colors and Distressing are great for enhancing color and rustic characteristics.
