General Laborer - 2nd Shift

Summary:

These full time positions are responsible for working on the production floor in a variety of roles that assist and support the efforts to build and finish product to customer specifications and inspect product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful candidate is familiar with working in a manufacturing environment, is self-motivated, and works well with others. Benefits: 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off. Positions include General Laborer, Assembler, Machine Operator, and Painter/Sprayer. Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hr. The rate is subject to experience and qualifications. Benefits: 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull appropriate parts and hardware for the completion of product
• Assist in the building and or finishing of products based on customer specifications
• Assist with clean up and basic maintenance of work area

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks
• Able to lift 50-100 pounds

Credentials and Experience:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Woodworking or hand tools experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
